Hi having problems getting live traffic , device and phone are paired up , I've done everything else but still won't bring up traffic, any thoughts?
Have you got a subscription for the service (assuming you still need one)?

Completely unpair and reboot the thing. Then log back in with your email.
Yes m8 I've already done that , its now showing that I'm completely connected to everything even traffic but still comes up with no live traffic.
Have you paired the phone for both phone and data connectivity? In my TomTom Rider they’re separate connections. Once paired you should get the cloud symbol in the display when you press the menu button.
Actually just returned to England and I cannot get the traffic signal either, have to use Waze.
