looks like a really nice house.
The only thing that puts me off if the "offers over" bollocks.
When looking for our current house , came across several like that, put in an offer, then was told it wasn't enough and they were looking for much more.

It's a 3 bed house - that's what prevents anyone with a (large) family buying it.
So you're looking at couples / small families who want a holiday home and have a lot of money.
Londoners/business owners. Would be worth approaching a specialist who advertise worldwide.
