Cut your food up into small pieces so you have to do maximum reps.

i've used my fitness pal to go from 15st 10 to 14st in 14 weeks, but it just comes down to eating less and moving more, the eating less bit meaning less biscuits, less cake, less crisps and chocolate and if you do have a treat make sure you've done the exercise to compensate for it
