My 12 month SIM only deal ran out just before Christmas. I understand they've discontinued it and are moving everyone off onto their newer (i.e. worse) tariffs. I went to get my SIM cut down and the lady in the 3 shop offered to move me across to a new tariff as it was 'imminent' that my current deal would be expired. I said I was happy to wait for the call. When it comes I'll happily sign up to another 12 months on a slightly more expensive slightly less good tariff, but there's no point jumping the gun.
Has anyone else been moved across yet?
Not cancelled but switched, contract expired in feb. Let it run on for a month but when i rang 3 i got the impression it would just carry on if i kept paying my monthly bill (£37). Seemed silly to keep paying that much once the handset was paid off so switched to a sim only unlimited data with 600 minutes for 22 quid. Only real differance to the one plan is the 2gb tethering limit. I would hang on as long as you can.
