Pootling round the city this morning I have noticed all sorts of people on these Barlclay bikes and I think it would be wise for some to fitted with stabilisers. Good lord there are some dodgy folk rolling round on the public roads.!
Great idea but I am thinking a cycling test would'nt go a miss.

I must say, the idea of some folk who aren't particularly experienced cyclists, let loose on London's streets, is a tad alarming.
Still, steep learning curve.
Far more really terrible drivers/dangerous cars out there, which is far more worrying. Can't help but feel some sort of driving test wouldn't go amiss...
