We will be in touch
We've got a border collie who loves other dogs and I think he'd get a lot out of having a play mate. I don't particularly want to get another puppy as it was hard work the first time so was thinking of a rescue dog though I suppose this could be just as hard as a puppy!
Mrs HC wants a Lab, I'd like another collie - neither of us like terriers or any lap dog for that matter.
What are people's suggestions/experiences.
Here's a cute pic of my current canine, Ren
Cocker spaniel.
Lurcher, obviously. Puppies are hard work but at least you know what your getting and training an adult dog is harder.
Get some rescue dogs over for play dates a d see which your existing dog is willing to share his space with.
thanks, Onza. sounds like a great idea.
