As per the thread title, I've ran out of ideas on how to spend a £25 Amazon voucher.

I'm tempted to get a bottle of malt but I'm trying to limit my booze intake.

What would you get?

Wera Hex keys or some other bike tool I don't have or want a better one of.

Or a t-shirt, some socks, a new watch strap, some razors, a butt plug, tubeless fluid, 5l hand wash, biscuits, coffee, they sell literally everything...I now get your confusion!

Thanks, I bought the Bondhus(?) gorilla hex keys years ago after a recommendation on here - they'll outlast me

Wonder Wipes

Wonderwipes

You didn't realise you need these but you do. They clean anything, to the point that you walk around finding things to clean. I recently did our whole oven. Oil splatter on your chain stay - gone. They are unreal

If they are that effective what is any residue doing to the food you later cooked?

Well I'm still alive.
They are not toxic, I've been using them for months without using gloves and hardly any of my skin has fallen off.

A Victorinox knife, in the Alox range? I’d go with either Cadet or Farmer depending on how useful the saw

Or get the little keyring-size SD Classic with the standard scales, and a Victorinox Dual sharpener to go with it?

That’s what I bought with birthday money this year from folks. Actually I got the Alox Classic and the dual sharpener. About £30 for both. Depends if you want Alox scales or tweezers & toothpick.

I like the Alox version. Quality. It’s like a tiny jewel and have found it to be useful nearly every day for something or other (not just stray hairs and nail-shortening!). Yesterday I spent a couple of hours cleaning and reproofing walkign boots. Difficult to get all of last year’s rock hard clay from the boots and the file/screwdriver sorted out the lace-rings,soles, nooks, crannies etc where a brush failed. Also used the file to smooth a sharp edge/burr in a lace-ring where laces were fraying/breaking. Wouldn’t be without it now.

Lunge’s garlic press reminds me. Last year asked about xmas present garlic press and the STW crowd recommended a big pestle and mortar. Good idea, so bought a granite set for £25 and they have been amazing. Garlic? SMASH! GRIND! Done. Seeds? CRUNCH. Done. Nuts for porridge? CRUSH! Guacamole? SMOOSH! Ace. It sorts stuff in moments. When finished just rinse with water. Better than dicking around with presses and granite is I suppose about as long-lasting as any kitchen-tool can be!

Something like this one

Head torch.

Microfibre mop.

Tempered glass screens for your smartphone.

Colour-coded hex keys.

Chopping board.

Non-toxic highlighters.

Diary.

Rechargeable batteries.

A5 size clipboards (really, really handy)!

Spare sim cards.

Bluetooth headphones. The 'over-ear' variety. I think it's going to be a really cold winter in the UK, so they'll double as ear-muffs.

Cuddly toy.

Coffee filter papers.

Big, fat, grippy gel biros.

Key-fob.

Cheapish bike lights, of the kind that can be clipped to a rucksack.

Megadeth cd.

A copy of 'eats shoots and leaves'.

The omnibus edition of 'game of thrones'.

'fly-fishing' by j r Hartley.

Sugru.

Threadlock.

Shraeder to presta valve convertors.

Guitar strings/ tuner/ capo.

USB cables. The ones with the magnetic connectors seem really handy.

Surgical gloves.

GoPro mounts.

Incense/ joss-sticks.

Organic lip-balm.

Nail clippers.

Brake bleed kit.

Fridge magnets.

Calendar.

Last time we got a voucher at work, we bought remote control helicopters. They're all stuck in the Warehouse rafters now... Was a good afternoon though 🙂

This is too much to take. I’d be keeping it and then forwarding to somebody else as a gift. Pass the pressure!

Given your limited budget..

A line of coke, and a grope of your balls from a cheap local hooker..

The rest to go on fruit salads..
