I am sure they exist as do corporate ones Starbucks clearly employ a team on facebook to AstroTurf the comments on their sponserd adverts.
I'm always a bit supposed to not see direct recruitment advertising on STW.
Clearly enough folk who like getting paid to post on the internet whilst at work, just as well have it as an actual job.
