To chill out properly takes time, so you need the whole album.
So, aphex twin, selected ambient works, and moon safari by air.
Edit, and royskop as well.

+1 for hippy's comment about a whole album.

Although A Man Called Adam - Easter Song just popped in to my head.

So many to chose from... whole albums aside (which is what you really need), my top three might be:
Global Communication 12:18
Susumu Yokota Kodomatchi
Slowdive Country Rain

Far too many to narrow it down to one, but right now it's this....

Warning, the video contains a gimp, oral fisting and sideboob.

Haven't been listening to Neurosis very long, saw a band call A Storm of Light support Converge, investigating them the next morning wiki said the frontman was the visual artist for Neurosis so I followed the trail.

Yeah, needs at least half an album (!), so:

Air Moon Safari
Pink floyd Echoes or (The whole of) WYWH
J.J. Cale Travelogue ( if I need to stay awake)

Got to be John Cage - 4'33" for me...

Pure bliss!

Really needs a proper listening room and a top notch HiFi to really appreciate it though... It's one track I will never ever tire of though! 😉

Right, I have two choices.

1 converge, concubine. Sounds like someone smashing your face in with 20 sledgehammers. But I've listened to it so much its reassuring.

Next is Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Carry on. Makes me feel like the past 30 years aint happened, and Im a content hippy
