How much are eggs now? I have no idea as my 5 chickens are producing 4 eggs a day every day 🙂

Its middle aged blokes taking it up when they have a mid-life crisis that's driving the prices up

Bake unleavened bread, you will find no rising costs for this.

The price of flour might have risen but not by as much as the raw material!

80% of our costs are wheat the remaining 20% are 10% heat light & power and the other 10% are wages, repairs and renewals, transport/distribution.

Last year we were supplying some customers at a £40 tonne loss due to the wheat price.

Use your loaf and shop around.

It doesn't have to cost that much bread if you go for the yeast expensive retailers.
