As it’s nearly All Hallows, I thought I’d just mention that the titular movie is thirty years old this year… 😳💀🎃

Neither, it's a Tim Burton movie.

(yes, I know he didn't direct it...)

That makes me feel old.

Got the Blu Ray but not watched it in years. Son's only just turning five this December so probably not quite old enough to see it yet as I clearly remember some scary parts.

Is ‘Die Hard’ a Christmas movie? Honestly, both films are enjoyable regardless of when you watch them, ‘Nightmare…’ is a Halloween and a Christmas movie, pretty much by definition, and is the only film, as far as I know, that has both holidays incorporated into it.

I could happily watch it anytime it appeared on telly, it’s just great fun. But thirty years old? Sheesh! Tempus fugit, ‘n’ all that!

My love for this film has been passed down to my girls over the last couple of years. We've already watched this year, eldest daughter has been getting through the Christmas movies since Elf in August 😀.

It will be watched again before Christmas and the soundtrack will be played at Halloween...
