Applied for a job in Hong Kong this time. Any biking there? ๐Ÿ™‚

I spent a couple of years living and working in HK. Wasn't biking in those days but did a fair bit of hiking, especially on Lantau island. Given much of HK is national parks then I'd have thought there is some pretty decent biking there. It'll be very sweaty in summer though!

Bit of a commute from Cardiff, don't you think?

Apparently there is biking, but there are lots of rules. Don't want to annoy the authorities there... :/

Lived there as a kid - I remember hiking in the new territories on some pretty rocky trails which would make great biking trails (dragon's back I think).

Happened to be in HK for 4 days this Sept, I kept an eye out for bikes, saw many roadies but no mountain bikes.

So there's a good road scene?

Don't know about 'good' but I spotted a decent number of chaps that had all the gear...I was specifically looking out for bikers as HK would be one of the places I'd like to work some point in the future as well.
