[Closed] The end of civilisation as we know it. Where do the Freemasons fit in?

It really does look like the end of the world is nigh, and that's according to real scientists, not just conspiracy theorists.

So, given that the world is supposedly run by the Freemasons* acting behind the scenes, what are they doing about it?
Even the most callous capitalist, with no regard for his workers, would take steps to prevent his dark satanic mill burning down.

The people running the world certainly seem to be acting like short term gain capitalists, which doesn't fit in with the image of a secret society, or even a society with secrets, that has been around for centuries and, presumably, intends to be around for a few centuries more.

*It may not actually be the Freemason. It may be the elite American Political Dynasties, The Priory Of Sion, or some other group that is so secret that we don't even know they exist.

Investing in construction companies I imagine.

All part of the bigger plan...

as sea levels rise and the population continues to increase, competition for land will get fiercer, resulting in increased tensions and a lucrative weapons market, along with continued hikes in property prices.

As oil reserves dwindle (not nearly as close as we are generally led to believe, that is simply to artificially inflate prices through a perceived illusion of demand outstripping supply) at the very crisis point that was created in the 1st place by our overlords, they will then come up with the perfect solution (which they have been concealing from the start) which will be available to governments of the world at a hugely inflated price, continuing the debt cycle and ensuring the real power remains in shadows.

In the meantime, they'll whitewash any number of stories which could expose them via a dense armor of legislation paid for by lobbyists and offshore tax money, aided by a largely complicit media.

But like the death star, they do have a vulnerability;

I'll ask my Father in law.

Helping him move last year and the wife found his Freemasons certificate...

It's all the fault of the Illuminati; the Freemasons are just their PR group.

All we need is a prominent environmentalist to utter:

"Tubal-Cain"

"Is there no help for the widows son?"

It's all pretty simple. The long term plan has always been to build a secret city under the sea and all the freemasons, the illuminati, the rose and cross and all their mates will move there. But building a city under the sea turned out to be quite hard- much easier to build loads beside the sea, then melt the ice caps.

Now that I like! Good thinking!

It's a bit like Battle Star Galactica, but with a better selection of real ales and no working spaceship.

My Dad was a Freemason - most of the people in the lodges he was a member of seemed to be either retired or about to retire so probably aren't too bothered about the end of civilization.

Meeting up once a month to have a roast dinner and some ales, and donating some portion of their income to charity?
