Just wondering if anyone has experience of tracing pensions ive possibly paid into over the years ?
I worked at 7 or so companies over the last 30 years but due the usual house moves/relocation/change of circumstances there are no records on my part and some of the employers have closed.....
Any ideas/leads much appreciated ...

My wife recently found out that despite having contributions deducted from her salary for a pension for the past 19 years her employers neglected to pass any on to the actual pension provider.
Been a nightmare even to get them to admit this might have happened - despite having payslips showing pension deductions they claim can't have happened.
Filled a couple of forms in on the GOV website -
lets see what happens...
