So I just can't get my head around this....
Gavin Williamson the then Defence Secretary is sacked by the British Government for leaking classified documents in May. There were apparently attempts to charge him with breaking the official secrets act, however this was deemed not politically suitable at the time. Then yesterday they reinstate him as the Education secretary !!!! To be a leader of the Education system… yet he was sacked a few months ago!
I work for a multinational Civil Engineering company - This is akin to me leaking company documents... getting sacked then a new director comes to run the company and they give me a nice plum job again... like never going to **** happen in real life!!! How corrupt is UK politics currently.

Williamson helped manage Johnson's leadership campaign ( he insisted that those MPs who claimed to be voting Johnson in the secret ballot WhatsApp him a picture as proof), so he was certain to be rewarded.
Having the prefix - disgraced former... Is pretty standard for a Tory minister these days, fox, Patel etc

What really annoys me is when these people (Liam, Grant, Priti, Gavin etc...) are brought on the radio/TV without their past actions being questioned.

New boss re-instates him as leaking information about cooperation with people the organisation should not be cooperating with was in the interest of the company.

The number of current MPs who are not self-serving gits can probably be counted on one hand.
Patel is taking a £5000 per month bribe from a firm who supplies the UK government.
Just remember, Williamson and Patel are their because of their dubious morals not in spite of them.
De Pfellel needs people with flexible principles because he knows No Deal will be a disaster for most people. Principled politicians who believe in public service and working for the good of their constituents and the county as a whole would only get in the way. So instead he has a cabinet of serial liars, grasping careerists and second rate idealogues*

Dunno about that. I think lots of them are probably trying their best and for all the right reasons. You just don't get to hear about them when there are such spectacular roasters grabbing all the headlines and making the big decisions.
I quite like my MP. She called Boris a liar in the House of Commons on his first day as PM.
