I was trying to point out that the lifestyle choice of the group in question pretty much means they live beside roads yet, because it suited them, they chose the fact they were given somewhere to stay beside a road (which was closed for them) to be excuse enough to then stay where they wanted.

Anyway - don't the majority of people live beside roads?????? I see houses next to roads all over the place.
