When you realise that the Indian dinner for two you got from Asda, that your wife went to babysit leaving me at home...
With her Dopiaza and she's got my Vindaloo.
Gutted.

Those Asda vindaloos aren't that good, some heat & not much taste. Like most supermarket curries really.

Agreed, but it was a last minute change of plans. Was going to cook a twice-fried fish in tomato and chilli dish but she was bailing out a friend at the last minute.

I did bung a load of freshly chopped fresh chilli in though so not too bad.
