money still owed, not happy.

Given the witch hunts handed out to classifieds "scammers" or "non-refunders", how is this different. If money is owed, pay it back.

Funny that he's stopped posting on here, too.

I suspect he ran out of money with which to pay people back, but that's just a hunch and not an excuse of course.

Robert Baden-Powell was a fascist sympathiser. I'm not aware that the scouting movement should be junked as a result.

Stick to the eating and, for those not directly affected, ditch the idave issues. He's gone. Sensible eating can continue.

I just let it go. I look at it as that I've paid for the document most got for free. And I can send it out to whomever wants a copy.

Sweet potato and sweetcorn are out tho

I eat sweet potato as it's allowed on paleo. I don't seek out sweetcorn, but if there's a bit of it in something I eat it.

I would avoid sweet potato if I were trying to lose weight (fat). If you are trying to maintain or gain then go for it!

Sweet potato is lower GI than normal potatoes, so for me (just restarted the idave diet) it's fine if I've just done or about to do some exercise.

I've been following it again pretty strictly this week with a lot of exercise as well. Lost about 3-4 lbs of belly tub. Cutting out sugar and beer really helps. doing it as a crash diet really to do a winter xc race before christmas (and then it'll be a week or so of eating and drinking anything put in front of me)

I have been eating carbs after/before exercise (but less than usual) and if I don't do that I tend to get a bit grumpy or lightheaded.

Also this time around I haven't cut out fruit, cos it's too nice to cut.
