Having just remortgaged at a fixed rate for 2 years I'm rather hoping rates will go up soon so I can start feeling smug ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm on a SVR of 1.75% above base so I'm already feeling smug!!

No doubt this time next year things will have changed slightly. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yep. We'll be getting solidly bummed by the government so any respite that the BoE can offer on my mortgage would be much appreciated.

Tories Love a bit of intrest rate
as the inevitable has to happen, just be intresting to see how
it is delt with this time round under the Tories.
