Is there a place to get duty free fags for incoming passengers? IE coming in from the US and mate has asked to to pick up 200. There is in Stansted just before you emerge into the main concourse. So how about Terminal 5

Just checked the Heathrow website and it says that there's a duty free shop in T5 arrivals.

Yep, small shop between customs and the exit door.
