Drove in along my valley road this morning coming to work watching the thermometer on car drop....and drop. It eventually stopped at -8C!!!
Unusually the road had been gritted about 6pm, but it was still white with frost. My frost guard warning pinged a warning of frost when it warmed UP to -5c!!!! Exeter was it's normal balmy self, 3 degrees warmer than the rest at -5c. It's insane out there.
I hope everyone's safe in STW land......

+23 on my commute - bed to living room (the beauty of working from home) 😀
Dunno what the temp was, but I should have put windproof lycra on. It's going to be a painful experience when I pee this morning 🙂
I got to -11 on my way into work this morning!
Minus 8 degrees here in Bracknell. Only done a quick shopping run in the car, off for a whizz round Swinley Forest at 10.30 - that should test the limits of my socks and gloves!
