Bitter out there today, so been to visit some family and had a nice walk earlier with the dog. Currently sat all toasty warm and full 🙂 Day off tomorrow so weather permitting I might get a short ride in before the usual Monday night pootle

Red ,stella ,easter egg after we polished a chicken and slasa verdi roast gem lettuce ,off monday so gonna ride out to finish my 8 days off work .

Never mind all that - creme egg brownies!!! They look amazing. Very impressed how you have cut them in half so neatly 🙂

I chilled the eggs before cutting to ensure they were easier to cut...

(2 bags of mini creme eggs on top, and 4 bags in the mixture....)
