A simple 10 day holiday in the sun during school summer Hols, two kids, a pool and a beach, plus all inclusive meal times to ease the faff.
Seems to be about £2300 for the four of us 😯 Does this sound right? Any other recommendations (short flights preferred).

Yep.
Be thankful you don't have three kids, it gets even more crazy then apparently (much less choice of rooms of course).
