Is it a metal valve TR? The screw together type without the rubber boot?
I had this on my Hyundai a couple of years ago and managed to buy the outer section of the valve which the core screws into, leaving the TPMS sensor in place.
I can't remember if it required tyre removal or not, mine came off as it was needing replacing anyway.
Most tyre places will have a fix it box of spare valve bodies. It’s a tyre off job.
Maybe £30 or so
