So not been on fleabay for a while (about 18 months), logged in today no issues but it looks like I have a brand new account. No feedback, its been up and running since Dec 2019 but I have had an account since way before that. can't recall setting up a new account.
Tried logging out completely 9again) and logging in again but it's still the same account with no purchases/no feedback/no items sold etc.
So whats happened? how do i get my "old account " back as it's got all my feedback.
Any ideas??

Feedback does seem to be a thing of the past but I still get feedback on about 50% of the items I sell. As I sell all items as BIN/payment required immediately, leaving feedback for any buyers seems a bit pointless.
You've not logged into .com instead of .co.uk or something like that?

Personally I'd change the password and contact ebay just to check what's going on.
I always leave feed back when I buy some thing. Let's the seller know you've got it and are happy with it. Hopefully they will then give me feed back, which they usually do.
When selling I only give feed back to the buyers that give me feed back.
You sure you're using the correct email address?
