Does anyone know TiRed from the retrobike forum or is he on here? A Merlin to road bike similar to one he reported stolen a few years back has surfaced in Bristol. Check out @stolenbikesbris on twitter

Yes it's pretty grim for bike theft here though I get frustrated seeing expensive bikes secured with just a cheap cable lock. Does anyone know this guy?
