So the government guidance says that this means "your village, town or the part of a city where you live".

I'd take that as not being able to travel 6 miles to go for a ride with a mate? Which I'm ok with as I'll just go for runs during this lockdown, but obviously I'd rather have a ride.

Thoughts?
