Are any of you guys from around the Hastings, Eastbourne area and if so do you know of a good sports physio? I'm not sure if my NHS physio appointments are really doing a hell of a lot for me and would like to get a second opinion.

funnily enough I ended up getting treated by an NHS physio having started there but it's been via various consultants and an MRI scan.
Just had a look at that, thanks wwaswas, I'm going to drop them an email and see what they say.
Sabreen at Active Physio Clinic is great. She's married to a racer so knows all about cyclists.

I have just had a look at their site. You do realise that there isn't a qualified physio amongst them don't you?
