Just bought the hot wheels expansion pack (xbox one) for anonojnr's birthday. I had to install on my profile where it works fine, but when he logs in its not available - surely I don't have to buy it twice just we can both access it?

On some of the expansions you have to be at a certain level before you can access them. From memory, blizzard mountain was like that.
