As per the title. ParcelForce will take it, but the compensation is £50 and the cost is £34.

Does anyone know of a courier that will take a bike (UK mainland to UK Mainland) for a reasonable price with better compensation?

Depends what you class as reasonable. To insure to £2000+ say you're looking at £50 to send it with Paisley Freight.

I've used them a few times as have many on here..

Paisley Freight insurance is similar cost as PF in my experiences of using both, but very much depends on the value of the item.

Value is probably about £400, sadly the auction ended at £150 inc postage hence the reason for trying to find better options.

Thanks for the Paisley freight recommendations, I am looking at their site now, but it looks slightly more pricey than PF.

Don’t bother with the compensation amount. Paisley deliver next day with the standard bike price. Never had an issue.

so value is £120ish then?

Another ‘never had an issue’ with Paisley. Prices are all pretty competitive with one another, so unlikely to find anything significantly cheaper.
