Today's huge builder world problem, arriving at work, site is looking similar to a bog! Don the Wellies and I've chosen a pair of socks that were off my feet within 15 mins 👿

As with football socks, insulation tape just below the top of the sock, then fold the top over and you'll be reet.

Liking the tape idea, not gaffer tho as they're only normal length socks and the thought of a tape/leg hair interface is making me wince 😯

socks that creep cant be fixed. they get binned round these parts. There's nothing worse.
Its to do with the weave I think. Even Bridgedale changed the way they knitted one of their models a few years back and they just wouldnt stay up, but the earlier models were fine.

Half decent socks ( by which I mean more than 2 quid) and ditch them when the elastic dies. Or like me bung some more in.
When I'm in Arraowagte on the farm I use Hunter oversocks, nart rong wi em.. 😉
When I were a lad in the Cubs we had to wear elastic garters on our socks in order to display the garter tags. Forget the tape, use some elastic.
Any update on the whole sock-creep thing?
