Helvellyn.... Turf off the walkerists and turn it into a bike park with ski chair style uplift from Glenridding. Also other outdoor pursuits, so hang gliding, them flying suits and massive zip lines to the bottom. Build a kick ass bar & restaurant on top with my house above incorporating an indoor pool & cinema.
