Yep, snow here just west of the Col du Clent. 6 foot drifts on the lower slopes...ok, maybe not but there is an inch or 2. Mrs Lunge is a teacher and is currently doing her best snow dance in hope of a day off.

Providing Takisawa isn't lying and frankly I find it hard to believe he would be I'll be forced to ditch all attempts to drive tomorrow and go out on my bike. Meanwhile in the south of the field of Lich...

Soft snow on top of rainy ground here where the Suff folk dwell, but the snow seems to be gaining...........now quite a carpet, with the wind to whip it up overnight.

Been snowing like a bugger in the affluent Home Counties for the last 4 or 5 hours, the freesat signal has gone and I've not had a chance to get to Waitrose to panic-buy anything. Can't see myself surviving until the morning.

Snowing just north of Peterborough last time I looked out; about 30 mins ago.

Looked a bit lily livered though, so not overly fussed.

A dusting here in Skipton. And woke up to the deathly silence that means no central heating or hot water...

Why does the bastard boiler always do it when there's snow on the ground?
