A mate said he'd give the kids 50p a kilo for the apples to make his cider with. Mmm don't think he realised we'd be just short of 50kg's. Kids are happy 8)

Apple harvest is fantastic this year; had some belters from the allotment folk.

I've got apples galore! 2 old trees by the millpond have been fantastic, even the ducks are feasting.

Our local cider harvest produced 120 litres ๐Ÿ™‚

We have a weedy little espalier or whatever it is tree, it has given us about 2 tasteless apples in 5 years. This year it gave us about 3kg and the wasps another 3kg. Not half bad tasting either.
