You'll lose all your friends. I had a colleague who tried it years ago - we had to tell him to either stop the diet or stop coming to work as the exhaust fumes were appalling.

You mean the one that was supposedly from a hospital in the States, but it turned out that the hospital didn't exist?

it was supposedly designed for emergency rapid weight loss in cardiac patients .It isn't either a pleasant thing or a long term solution to weight issues, you'll sweat like a bastard and fart like the duke ellington orchestra warming up, your skin will be cammy, hair greasy etc

... At a hospital that it turned out doesn't exist

You'll lose weight, sure, possibly not before you've lost the will to live though

You're probably just better off Eating Less and Moving More™.

Just eat slightly less.

Then divide into 5 or 6 meals a day.

Simple.

I can't remember any of the sources but I wouldn't due to the fact that it's really not very good for you.

Dieting isn't sustainable, changing your diet in an easy to manage and stick to way should be.

Portion control aim for something like 1800 calories per day, measure it out. Something like myfitnesspal is meant to be good. Put in what you eat and what you do.

Failing that South East Asian generic gastro for a week is good at shifting mass
