Yup, a real problem innit? The official OEM paint is £18:00 per tin, and will probably last years. But £18:00 for a rattle can of paint is surely taking the mick.. isn't it?

The stuff I used was bought from Christies in Edinburgh for about a tenner. Enough to paint a Jotul stove and six feet of flu pipe. 18 sheets is taking the pee.

I have clearview stoves and use their own gunmetal grey paint.
£13 a can which is big enough to spray at least two coats on a 8kw stove and looks awesome.
