Ah, should have added

Bonnie Raitt
Stevie Ray Vaughan

also - I saw Rory Gallager and he was excellent and second Aynsley Lister - saw him too and he was good.

Can't recall the names of the guys in The Hamsters but they all seem to play drums and lead and bass guitar and I couldn't tell the difference between their playing. Well worth checking out.

Liked Budgie, too...

I was mightily impressed by guitarhero of this forum

that you would know - Randy Rhodes

That you won't know

Pete Lesperance -

Derry Grehan -

the mighty Tim Pierce - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtbdf8-q3Qc

That nobody seems to know - this chick - completely unbelievable

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98y0Q7nLGWk - completely destroys every guitarist I have ever seen in 7 mins 43 seconds

Billy Duffy. Might not be the best but looks good with his trusted White Falcon.

Brian Setzer
Adrian Belew
John McGeogh

Can't believe no one has said Frank Zappa and good call with Marc Bolan, hugely underated as a guitarist.
