(I've been saying this a lot recently)
I saw them at t in the park, the year they headlined despite blatantly not being big enough or having enough good songs. And they pretty much knocked it out of the park- really impressed.

Saw the last 3 songs of that programme. I guess cos they're successful now they aren't cool anymore in the eyes of the NMe but back when they broke with Final Straw it was ok to like them. I think they are amazing and Gary Lightbody is seriously underestimated as a songwriter and quirky front man. Give me them over Coldplay anyday. They were brilliant on this last tour as well.
