So Skoda have come up with this in response to pedestrians being hit by cyclists as they don't hear the bike bell when wearing noise cancelling headphones.Â
It's all very clever and if you are a geek like me you'll like this very short BBC video.😁

Could also go in the good news thread.
'Tech is being released free to the world'
Is it a recording of MrsJ snoring ?
Ducks can hear sounds in the frequency range of 500 to 1500 hertz, with their most sensitive zone being around 800 to 1000 hertz.
I've previously used a duck call to successfully warn pedesticles on the local canal towpath.
This frequency range is quite closes to tie in with the findings of the Skoda research.
Methinks it's time to resurrect the duck call.Â
Ting! Done.Â
