As the family member who knows about ‘stuff with wheels’ I’ve been asked about skateboard pads for my two nieces.
They’ve asked for skateboards for Christmas from their parents and the grandparents are tasked with pads etc which is where I come in.
Are there any brands to look out for good or bad?
I’m guessing something from Halfords or Argos will probably do the job but be a bit cheap and nasty.
There is a local skate shop but I reckon it might be a bit ‘boutique’ for some little people.
Any ideas please?
Ta

Pro Tec pads are decent. Personally, I don't make my kids wear pads.

Check out:

definitely the best we found for our son, has a dial to tighten to head size for the best fit.
