Is this aspirational, or undertaken?

As long as you tear it apart with your [s]bear[/s] bare hands it's fine.

I like a Roast Chicken, but can never manage a whole one.

Ton.
I like your food threads, some of them are a scream.
๐Ÿ˜‰

EDIT:
Eggs, Bacon and a tinned plum tomato for breaky. Tuna, EVOO, cider vinegar, black pepper and Hommous for lunch. Swede and carrot mash, with diced beef and spinach for dinner.

I hope when you finished you threw this carcass over your shoulder like Brian Blessed in Blackadder?

Well, that's your protein for the day at least.

Regarding your original question, depends on how many pleasure pixies it released in you relative to the negligible 'harm' of eating Foghorn Leghorn - if no beers today, then why not.

I used to sit next a guy at work who would go to the local Somerfield everyday and buy a hot chicken and a freshly baked loaf of bread. He used to come back, sit at his desk and gnaw at the bones (stinking the office out with the aroma of cooked chicken). He would demolish the chicken and the loaf.

Depends on the size of the chicken.

I'd say eating a whole average sized chicken is somewhat greedy though. What's your BMI (cholesterol level, blood pressure etc) like?

Can't see the issue myself and easily achievable for myself, so pound for pound Ton you should be eating an Ostrich.

Good work that man.

I would wager however that the resulting levels of flatulence could be sold to South Korea an effective anti-nuclear deterrent.

Actually, I've found that going Paleo/iDave diet. That suffering gas has become a happily forgotten and extremely rare event.
