My wife is waiting on the results of the single status finding, as the letters start to drop through letter boxes was wondering what the overall result is. I would imagine that most people will be having there salaries cut.

However my wifes to seniors have both retained or increased their salaries!!!!

Haven't done mine yet.
We were told that they couldn't reduce your salary. Most probably will stay the same.

Yes job evaluation has already taken place and there is an appeals process but if the idea is to reduce cost, whats the point.

whats that about "Broadest backs should carry the burden"
