[Closed] sick to fecking death of call centers............;o(

i am sick to the high teeth of getting phone calls on a evening....
and when i pick it up it is either some gupta in india or a ****ing automaited system......
and at work when i phone sky to order viewing cards, the lines all go to ****ing india, where a guy called 'phillip' who can not speak the queens answers and it take me 20 mins to spell out a thing that takes 5 minuts when i am lucky and get through to a jock in livingston......

wtf do companies use call centers where the people answering can not talk proper....... 😡
