It's slush on the minor roads in Skipton. Main roads are clear.
Decent bit of snow around Darlington this morning. A bit of a dusting on the Cleveland hills but nothing lower down.
Not much worth photographing to be honest, it's started melting already.
Snow here in Black Forest... checked and serviced the snow blower last night. All good to go, bring it on !

Plenty of snow on the Pennines and North York Moors this morning
Snowing on the A30 around Okehampton this morning, and quite a dusting on the high ground all around, no photos, the hedges are too high to get a clear shot from the car at 70mph.
Nothing at all though 15 miles south in Tavistock though.
Been up to Queensbury tonight. Snowing wet stuff but it was settling. Got down to Shelf & it was rain
Not snow - just a very hard frost.
But I was rather pleased with this photo of miniature Xmas trees on the car this morning

who's on it tomorrow? For where I live it was forecast heavy snow but has now been downgraded to light snow/rain instead which is much more preferable.
There might (might!) be a light sprinkling tomorrow eve at around sevenish in London...
Forecast keeps changing, still debating leaving the car on the main road or risking parking on the drive.

It'll be rubbish in the south, wet n pissy all day with a brief flurry around evening rush hour to really screw it up.
Yes I predict exactly the wrong amount of snow. That is enough to double the time it takes to get to work but not enough to make it impossible to get to work.
As my mother used to say 2 inches is no good to anyone, no one is satisfied by less than a good 6 inches.
Hopefully snow love a bit snow but it'll be rain.
I sincerely hope there will be more than this in the next 12-24 hours...

Side roads with a covering in Milngavie. Snowing heavily right now. Local main roads were distinctly ungritted coming home from work at 4am Always good getting home before the snow. Numerous crashes across the country in the morning rush hour according to Radio Scotland.
