Not something easily solved through a forum, I know, but no harm in trying....
For years I’ve had a recurring painful shoulder strain usually caused by MTB ride. Once aggravated, pain is felt when lifting arm in ‘lateral raise’ motion and remains very sore for a couple of days after.
I’ve had a few heavy hit on that shoulder so figured I need to learn to live with it but I wondered if perhaps someone has had similar and managed to find a fix? (yes I know I should see a physio!)
Thanks

Rotator cuff issues?
Physio and preventive excercises. Plenty on google
Deffo a physio - they will tell you very quickly what's wrong.
And don’t do what I did and leave it for any length of time thinking rest is all it needs and straight into adhesive capsulitis as a result of that rest.
