Been offered a retractable window grille by a friend who is stripping out an old office
Its the right height for the window i want to fit it to but its around 20mm to wide for the opening
Is it possible to cut down the top and bottom tracks by 20mm so the whole unit would fit in the space?
Would the retractable grille still close properly and would it still be able to lock into the upright?
With the track being made 20mm shorter would this affect the operation of the grille?
