If you buy quality boots or shoes but the laces die after a year, the uk importer can't get the blue ones the original colour but we can sell you red or black. Dickies safety boots even worse lucky if you get a week or two before they split.
Email to the Swedes themselves to try and sort it out but not too hopeful

Haglöfs? Good luck with that one if so. I found some Kevlar laces on eBay that aren’t too bad a match, but spare laces and insoles would be a high margin no- brainer for a lot of high end shoe brands.
