Found this in the shed. Got an Esso one as well.

I'm sure there are collectors out there who'd pay a good price for those, still a practical item, with loads of style added.

I had a shite load of stuff from when I had a petrol station. Old petrol cans like that, a big glass RedX pump & some single measure ones, oil measures (imperial of course) all sorts of things.
I've still got a 1 pint can of unopened ICI 20-50 oil in the garage.
I've got one of those cans, I remember dad having it from about 45 years ago - he painted it orange. Still works perfectly and not dented.
Saw one on telly the other day, it was pulled from a skip, turned into a lamp and sold for £200!
