How do these films like this ever get made? It doesn't even fall in to the 'so bad it's good' category.

None of it was actually filmed in Venice either. All the Venice shots are file footage apparently.

Not a patch on Sharktopus or Dinoshark, I agree.

Because every director has a dream & a vision, this then gets cut down buy budget & quality of actors for hire, so you end up with films like this.

& then you get people like the Asylum who specialise in what they would probably call tributes to other films..

(I watched far too many films during my 4 month recovery from a snapped femur)
