Because they are lazy and thick.
Lazy becasue it is less effort than taking it to the tip
Thick because they don't realise that, if it their sewer, it will back up their pipes and flood the house whilst hey are watching Jeremy Kyle in the living room

what confuses me is why some people take stuff to the tip (I go passed one on my commute) and then dump it on the dirt road next to the tip. Can never decide if it's idiots who turn up at 9pm expecting it to be open or people who get turned away for whatever reason and think **** it I'll just leave it practically on the doorstep then.Because they are lazy and thick.Lazy becasue it is less effort than taking it to the tip
